Terms Of Letting



Apartments: are to be let strictly to no more than the specified and agreed number of persons may make use of them.

Payment: Bookings can only be firmly accepted when the deposit is received. The balance of the account must be paid four weeks before your date of arrival.

Bookings: Please telephone before forwarding your £100 deposit to ascertain the availability of the apartment you require. We will then hold it for six days to allow your deposit to reach us. The balance must be paid four weeks before the date of your arrival.

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation for any reason the deposit is non refundable and the full fee is payable unless we re-let, in which case we will return payment to you.

Telephone Bookings: Call 07739379883. Reservations can only be secured when a £100 deposit has been received.

Occupation: Apartments are available from 1:30pm onwards. On departure day please vacate the Apartment by 9:30am leaving it in the condition to which you found it.

Arrivals after 4pm: Please phone for admission on 07739379883.
